When will I receive my stuff?Shipments within Canada can take between 5-7 business days. Shipments to United States can take between 7-15 business days.
Do you ship outside North America?Unfortunately we do not. Booo! I know. We do however offer special orders through our ETSY shop. Feel free to contact us for more details
What if my shipment doesn't arrive?Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for lost, unclaimed or undelivered packages. It is the recipient's responsibility to follow up with the shipping carrier with any notifications or shipping notices. Feel free to contact us directly for more feedback on this matter.
